At InFlair we take pride in offering the supreme quality products that are sustainably made-to-order. 

Delivery
All items are handmade-to-order therefore please allow 2-3 working days from order date to receive your order. (Unless otherwise stated such as Ready-to-Ship items and SALE items)

For international orders please allow an extra 2-3 working days depending on the final destination. Our studio is based in UK, so any location outside this region is categorised as international orders.

Returns
All handmade-to-order items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable as your item is made especially for you to our customisable unique size ranges and personalised lengths.

Ready-to-wear items can be returned for an exchange provided they are returned within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your InFlair return should have the tag and attachment still intact. The order number that you received from InFlair should be mentioned with reason for return. For intimate items such as bodysuits the hygiene seal should be intact when returning.

We also do not accept returns of gift cards.

Any item not in its original condition, returned after return timeframe, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will be non returnable.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping/delivery costs for returning your item and shipping costs are non-refundable.

Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.  

Our shipping is handles by trusted third party companies.

You will be responsible for paying custom and duty charges applicable in your country.

InFlair is not liable for shipping delays that may incur via a postage third party. In the case that an unforeseen postage delay occurs, InFlair team will help to resolve the issue immediately with the customer and postage partner. InFlair is not liable for any lost or stolen parcel.
